CPR Broker Wins Top Producer Award

Commercial Partners Realty broker Scott Clendening was awarded a 2011 Top Industrial Producer Award at the Florida Gulfcoast Association of Realtors Annual Pinnacle Awards Ceremony. The award is given annually to the three agents with the highest transaction volume in each category. CPR Agent Erik Anderson also received a Pinnacle Award for completing more than $2.3 million in transactions during 2011. The Million Dollar Producer Award is given annually to agents that exceed a million dollars in transactions for the year.
