The sale of a 38,697 SF Office building on 4.32 Acres in the Icot Business Center, located at 14100 58th Street N., Clearwater, FL. Scott Clendening represented the seller, Steele Investment Group, in the $1,475,000 transaction.

Leased:

The lease of a 8,800 SF industrial space located at 4400 118th Avenue N, Pinellas Park, FL to Pair O’ Dice Brewing Co. Erik Anderson represented the tenant in the lease transaction valued at $448,000.

The lease of a 14,000 SF Warehouse facility located at 1150 19th Street N., St. Petersburg, FL. Erik Anderson represented the Landlord, Elwood Corporation, in the transaction.
