Commercial Partners Realty broker Scott Clendening represented Florida Community Bank in the sale of 13906 Lynmar Blvd., Oldsmar, FL for $750,000. Max Machine & Manufacturing purchased the 14,375 SF industrial building in order to expand their operations in Oldsmar.

Commercial Partners Realty broker Scott Clendening represented 14100 Icot, LLC in the $1.6 million lease of 24,212 SF in Icot Business Center. Precision Auto Protection, an extended service contract provider, will be moving into the space at 14100 58th Street N. before the end of the year.

Commercial Partners Realty Sells 46,000 SF Icot Manufacturing Facility

Scott Clendening of Commercial Partners Realty represented Modern Silicone Technologies in the sale of their 46,000 SF former manufacturing plant, located at 5777 Myerlake Circle in Clearwater. The facility was purchased by Core Rx, a pharmaceutical research and development company, for $2,500,000. The facility will allow Core Rx to expand their current operations and add approximately 25 additional employees.

Modern Silicone Technologies is consolidating their Clearwater, West Virginia and Chicago facilities into a "state of the art" injection molding and design plant in a 123,000 SF tilt-wall manufacturing facility, which they recently purchased with the aid of Mr. Clendening. The merging of these operations and expansion is expected to bring even more jobs to the Tampa Bay area.
