Frank Bozikovich represented Smand Holdings in a $2.4 million long-term, build-to-suit lease of a 7,500 SF office building to be built on 1.14 acres in South St. Petersburg. The site is located in the City’s newly branded Skyway Marina District which is the target of revitalization by the St. Petersburg Economic Development Office. The landlord, Smand Holdings, will break ground on the new medical facility at 4050 34th Street S., St. Petersburg, early in 2014. Once completed, the office will be home to a partnership of local nephrologists in a state-of-the-art treatment facility.
