Commercial Partners Realty broker Scott Clendening was
awarded the 2013 Second Place Top Investment Producer Award at the Florida
Gulfcoast Association of Realtors (FGCAR) Annual Pinnacle Awards Ceremony. The
award is given annually to the three agents with the highest transaction volume
in each category. Mr. Clendening received the award in the Regional Investment
Brokerage category.
CPR Team member Frank Bozikovich received the Office Deal of
the Year Pinnacle Award for a build-to-suit lease deal that will bring a national medical facility
operator in a joint venture with local physicians to St. Pete’s new Skyway Marina District. FGCAR’s Deal of the Year awards are given to those members whose deals
demonstrate the greatest degree of experience, skill and dedication on the part
of the member for each of five commercial real estate specialties.
